Vienna type is the rarest and most valuable form of natural graphite and has the highest quality. The purity of Wayne type is usually higher than 90% cg and the purity of carbon without refining is 99-95%.
Vienna graphite has a higher temperature and electrical conductivity and also has the highest degree of cohesive integrity of all natural graphites.
